Kid Fashion

A lot of the kids in my son’s preschool class are already getting concerned about their appearance. My kid? Not a chance!

He loves to dress himself, and it’s just so funny to see the results. Nothing matches, and he has no fear of his sister’s dressup clothes. I’m guessing I should be glad he hasn’t quite insisted on wearing those to school yet.

Boys clothes just don’t have the color range girls do, but its amazing how mixed up he can make them. Lime green shirt with red pants. And I didn’t know that different shades of blue could look so funny together.

But know what? I love it! He’s being himself and I don’t have to explain why we aren’t buying a particular name brand.

Can I keep him like that as a teen? Not the weird fashion, but lack of concern for name brands? Please?
