‘Taming of the Shrew’ Moment

We were driving to visit relatives, and the sky was fairly smoggy. My 2 year old son looked at the sun, and said ‘MOON!’ which my daughter immediately corrected: ‘It’s the SUN!’

This debate went on for several minutes. By the end of it I had my son calling his sister ‘Kate’ (not her name or even close to it), and she was trying to pronounce ‘Petruchio’. Came out ‘Pinnochio’ most of the time, but she did eventually get it. I was almost disappointed when it all ended.
